Up until now, Chris Harris had one thing missing from his impressive catalogue of videos: the classic drag race. So in typically brazen style, he hooked up something a bit special to right that wrong. We’re glad to present you with the results for what we think is one of the coolest drag race matchups we’ve seen.
The battle pits the pinnacle of all Porsches, the 612-horsepower 911 GT2 RS, and one of the fastest bikes on the planet: the Ducati 1199 Panigale that burdens 192 hp with just 188 kg. It may seem like an odd contest, with the bike the clear favorite. But getting the Ducati off the line without hooking it up in the air is no easy feat, but will that give Harris enough of a window to egde it out on Santa Pod’s quarter-mile run?
