Ford Racing showcases the breadth of its racecar building skills. When Ford Racing decided to have some fun with two of its creations, it selected the zMAX Dragway in Charlotte for the setting and professional drivers Tanner Foust and Roy Hill to pilot the custom rides.

On one side of the divide was a Ford Fiesta ST GRC, complete with a 550-horsepower 2.0-liter engine mater to an OlsbergsMSE gearbox with custom ratios. On the other, a 2013 Cobra Jet featuring a 5.0-liter V8 with a custom Ford Racing Whipple 2.9-liter supercharger.

The aim was to get to the end of the quarter-mile stretch the fastest. Even with all that extra belly, surely the Jet is gonna put the wee Fiesta in its place? Check out the vid to find out.
