Video: Mercedes SL 65 AMG Black Series Vs. BMW M6 F12 and Porsche 911 Turbo
AdvertisementThis is one hell of a car, even in stock form. Amongst the supremely badass cars which come from Mercedes-Benz’s AMG division, there are some which stand out a bit more than others.
All of the 65-badged cars can be counted on to be packing some truly terrifying horsepower, and anything with a “Black Series” badge is something which AMG took very seriously. So even a stock example of the SL 65 AMG Black Series is a good thing to have at the drag strip, as the following video demonstrates.
The AMG isn’t quite fast enough to outrun a Porsche 911 Turbo with an Evotech Stage 2 tuning, but it was a valiant effort.
