Video: Supercharged LSX Chevelle Vs. Trans-Am street drag race
AdvertisementThis is what muscle car races should look like. This is a race which not only pits GM products against each other, but both cars seen here also heavily modified and sporting forced induction.
The first is a supercharged LSX Chevelle, while the Trans-Am features the WS6 package and is supercharged as well. These are some very serious straight line racers, and just the sounds the pair are making while sitting at the line are impressive. Even with slicks, they have difficulty staying pointed straight.
We do get a couple of different angles of the race, but it’s over with pretty quickly. Guess that’s always the problem with a good drag race.
