AdvertisementWith 1,500 hp on tap, this Godzilla has serious straight line potential. After the modifications Godzilla Motorsport made to this otherworldly Godzilla, we’re not sure you can really call this drag demon a Nissan GT-R any more.
The original VR38 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 is still there, albeit with some serious enhancements giving it around 1,500 hp, but there doesn’t appear to be much of the original chassis left and the body has been remolded from fiberglass.
Nonetheless, at a recent APSA event the Skyline R35 Factory Xtreme lined up against a Supra dubbed “fastest 2JZ powered car in the world.” Both managed six-second passes, presumably setting arbitrary world records of some sort.
