Siemoneit Volkswagen Golf R20
AdvertisementGerman tuning firm Siemoneit Racing calls its tuned VW Golf R the ‘Black Pearl’ for obvious reasons. Thanks to a revised ECU, a new in-house exhaust system, a carbon fiber bonnet, and a new air intake, the Volkswagen Golf 6 from the R20 Series is capable of delivering 350 hp and 485 Nm of torque, which represents an increase of 84 hp and 135 Nm. Siemoneit also gives the VWGolf R20 a special exhaust system, which starts out at 76mm at the turbocharger with a 100 cpi, or optionally a 200 cpi, metal catalytic converter and from there it goes straight through to the two 90-mm exhaust outlets.
